This support forum is here to help not just yourself, but also also other buyers. We ask that unless you are posting sensitive information (server FTP info or WordPress admin login) that you please make your ticket public for all to be able to see and search. This way repeated questions and answers can form a searchable knowledge base for everyone.

To get started you should first register to use the support site.

It's quite simple as the box on the left allows you to register manually using a email and password, or alternatively you can take advantage of either your Facebook or twitter account to register and sign-in.

Before posting a support ticket - stop!

Did you know that we include a very detailed and thorough PDF documentation file with your purchase? It's in the help file directory of your downloaded zip file from ThemeForest.net. It contains step-by-step instructions on exactly how to install the theme on your server, including screenshots and links. We really do spend a lot of time creating the documentation and they are tested by a user to ensure they contain everything you would need - we also include supplementary files for widget codes etc - be sure to check everything in your download package first.

If your question is regarding a WordPress function, a plugin you installed or something about your server we are not the right people to assist you, that is best left to the official WordPress website, your hosting company or the plugin author.

Finally, take a look at the FAQ's section here to make sure we don't already have an answer. The 'Missing Stylesheet' is an example of a very common question answered there.


A brief explanation of support offered

We offer our support for free. Not a penny is earned from us offering this support and we do this to ensure you have a great experience.

Knowing this, we kindly ask that support requests are not demanded but are respectfully submitted. We do not tolerate rude or demanding behavior and ask that we all just try to work together to solve your issues.

It should be noted that we are not here to teach CSS, HTML or PHP. There are a plethora of tuts sites and the WordPress codex for this. We are here to support our product with you our awesome buyers, this means that we cannot assist you with editing functions, altering CSS or anything with regard to your personal customizations. If you need to hire someone then please use the method outlined below for general questions and I can either supply a price or put you in touch with a developer I recommend.

Supplying credentials to us and allowing access to your WordPress or server back-end functions does not in anyway hold us responsible for anything that may or may not of been caused by us gaining this access. 

The reason for this disclaimer is because sometimes things happen, beyond our control and proving after the fact that it wasn't us that caused your database to crash, server to stop or loss of information is very difficult. If you host your own site via a hosting company, or any other means, then it is your responsibility to understand what you are doing, how to control access and security and to ensure you have appropriate back-ups of your data and website.
