Uploading a staff picture in Business Essentials results in a blank window - how do I fix this?
There are many reported instances of this on the WordPress support forums and unfortunately the issue seems to not be isoltated to any one cause and no resolution - however most people have worked out the issue as being WordPress automatically linking the uploaded image file which causes a permissions issue with the database - hopefully in time this will be fixed but in the meantime the work-around is quite painless.
Once you click to upload an image for the staff member clear out the "Link URL" BEFORE clicking 'Insert into Post' button as per this image.
If this fails please open a ticket.
This does not happen for everyone - in fact it's less than 1% of buyers at this point and maybe due to how a server is setup - unfortunately that's all we know at this point.
